Brunch with Miss Jackson

A friend and I had the day off during the week and decided to make the most of the b-e-a-utiful weather by heading down to the beach. We went down to St Kilda and decided to make a stop at Miss Jackson for lunch. And boy. Was I happy with the result.

At about 2pm the whole place was empty, and we were the only people in the cafe. The lovely waiter helped us to narrow down the best options, and I went with his advice and chose the panko chicken schnitzel burger with radish and cabbage slaw ($14). It was honestly the best chicken burger i've had. No exaggeration.

My friend ordered the homemade crumpets with raspberry butter...they tasted like hot jam donuts..mmmm.

Soft crumpety goodness

Soy chai latte with lotsa honey
The servings are big and hearty and there was not one thing on the menu I wouldn't order. You can bet your bottom dollar I'll be back for round two (and three and four...)!
